Quiet 55+ community built in 1972. It needed a full facelift. The home owners purchased the cottage in its original condition. Complete renovation included building a staircase. The closets were moved to rearrange the master suite.
Construction included redesign of kitchen layout, three brand new bathrooms and finishing the upstairs to make it a four bedroom house.
